VAT on Water and electricity consumption needs to be scrapped and the surcharges and network charges for same... because these things are already heavily subsidised by the govt out of treasury.

They are relegating the poor to the 1930s during the depression were these "undesirable meats" were the only source of protein the poor could afford or could only get to eat.... The ANC is truly heartless and evil..
