About as banal and as insipid as the questions you pose to your followers.

Problems with agent attrition in your call center? We will tell you who is going to leave, why they are going to leave, and what you can do to save them.™ #CCTR

Rude Arrogant Disrespectful Disinterested

Why ask a question you already know the answer to?

Nonexistent 😶

Very poor and the arrogance from those people is another level

Very very poor. I took this a few months ago. When I walked in there was no one, no receptionist, people to inquire with in this specific office. Ended up getting frustrated after waiting for 20 minutes & walked through the halls, found the staff giggling in a back office.

They treat people bad. And make them wait in long lines while they drinking coffee. But on the interview they said BATHO PELE but we see flames. I think government should implement a firing method so that we can see productivity

Non existent. Recently had the misfortune of having to claim UIF. The absolute inefficiency of the systems and staff that treat you as sub human left me close to tears many a time.

Kak- went to my license they offline. Home affairs, a worker was screaming at me for asking if I am in the wrong queue. I stood in the wrong queue for 1 hour. The one in Mitchell’s plain refused to take in new customers , 3 hours befor closing. Home affairs is offline dololo!

It's like the employees are doing you a favor
