Police are on the hunt for more CIT Robbery suspects following yesterday’s shootout in Laudium, west of Pretoria. Six suspects were shot dead and one was arrested on the “Military Road.” Police seized two vehicles (one hijacked) and four firearms and ammunition. The gang has been linked to a CIT robbery in nearby Atteridgeville last week and they were planning to rob another cash van. They were intercepted en-route to a safehouse at Mahpral Heights in Himalaya Street Laudium. A heavy shootout ensued with police. The possibly that the gang could be involved in others crimes is under investigation. More arrests are expected. Multiple police units and private security were involved in the breakthrough. Gauteng Deputy Police Commissioner, General Fred Kekana, told eNCA on the scene that police will continue to act decisively when they come under attack. #CrimeWatch

(Graphic #1) To Charlie’s right, the only rooftop with a clear line of sight is nearby. (Graphic #2) There was a student who recorded someone on the roof to Charlie’s immediate north, impossible to hit the side of his head. (Graphic #3, #4, and #5) With the identification of both the head wound area and the neck, It looks like the bullet hit his right side of his head first at a high elevated area and exited his neck at a lower exit point. If the shooter was to his right, who was the person on the roof running? I think we may have two shooters.
