Nice simulation. I don't know how the designers of it created it, but I can show the reasons why those geometries arise in nature. For example the heptagram is a seven pointed star. Seven is very important in reality and for good reason. The entirety of reality emerges from a seven phase structural patten. It is generative, cyclic and fractal. Eight structural stages: Stabilization Constraint Accumulation Capacity Exceedance Structural Failure Dissolution Reinitialization Boundary Formation Restabilization The generator is coherence For the sharped eyed of you, you know who you are lol, I showed eight phases, however the eighth is a return to the first. Eight phases is the dynamical version of the phases. A static version would be seven. We see it everywhere in nature. Seven colours of the rainbow, seven notes in a scale, the list goes on. Notice the pentagon in the middle. These are the active aspects of the seven phase pattern, the other two are passive.
