She ended up calling the kid's father before she is suddenly handcuffed and arrested by South Kingstown Police. Claire Hall, the woman seen in the video, is now suing over the incident, claiming that "she was unlawfully arrested and physically injured, she was placed in imminent fear for her well-being, she was emotionally damaged, she was embarrassed, humiliated, and unlawfully and wrongfully charged as a criminal." JUST IN: Police body-cam footage released of Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill getting arrested before his game on Sunday. Hill could be seen getting taken to the ground during the incident. The Miami-Dade Police Department has launched an internal investigation with one officer being pulled from duty. “It just went from 0 to 60, man, from the moment that those guys pulled up behind me, knocked on my window, it went from 0 to 60 immediately,” Hill said after the incident. He was cited for reckless driving and driving without a license.
