Village needs better schools but why are they lacking? Either funds are being scammed by officials/ministers or the fund is inadequate. If corruption - remove those responsible first. If underfunding - more tax money is needed. So which is it, just theek karo won't fix it.

Outsiders Are Not Allowed to schools if you have any concern/problem about government schools... Every government school has parents committee and school management committee first meet them ask them about the school they do next work... You/Outsoders have no authority
