1. If you fail to honour an invitation as a person of interest in a case, I’m sure our security services are cloves with the powers to arrest you. 2. How is she so sure dude is being pursued based on the percentage of fees he took? 3. Is she intentionally ignoring the fact that the settlement signed by the CEO of SIC after her tenure had expired without board approval and the law firm in which Baffour Awuah was managing miraculously wired a huge sum of money to the CEO. Is this not worth investigating. 4. Baffour is also alleged to have received payment from all parties involved in the case. SIC, Equity and a 3rd party who ended up buying the property at the centre of the case for cheap. As a citizen of Ghana is it not in your interest to find out why your property was sold for 1/3rd of its value and the lawyer involved received huge sums from those that bought it?

If you make political party the blood in your vein, you end up defending nkwasia diee. This is not about legal fees and compensation. He helped his client to possess a state property below the required court order as well as pay d CEO some amount. Get ur facts b4 you spew bias.

Under the 1992 Constitution of Ghana, no citizen is legally obligated to honor an informal or voluntary security invitation, as an invitation carries no binding force of law. An individual’s constitutional liberty under Article 14 can only be restricted through a lawful arrest.
