Vintage lightbulbs from the 1930s.

Wow! How come we don't rate beautiful objects these days???? Why was all the good stuff, seemingly, only made in the 1800s to 1930s. What the hell happened?

WOW! It´s true! Aerolux Light Corporation was a manufacturer of artful gas-discharge light bulbs from the 1930s through the 1970s

Vintage lightbulb mechanism were different.

Beautiful. It's such a shame that everything we make now looks like crap.

We are in the dark ages. It happened fast. We used to make quality, beautiful things.

So beautifully amazing! Why don’t we make beautiful things anymore? 🌸💡

Not vintage. But just as beautiful, imo.

FFS i thought those were hollow points in there at first hahaha

I had no idea anything like this existed and I’ve been alive for almost 50 years. That is absolutely the coolest lightbulb of our light. I’ve ever seen.

You can still buy them they are called Edison light blubs

My grandparents had 2 over their fireplace mantel.. Violet hummingbirds 💜 & green leaves!! 🍃 As a child I would stare at them up close..

Whoever brings this back will make a fortune.

so beautiful..would be amazing to recreate these using LED or Hybrid with neon tech..maybe not feasible but we need more beauty

Can we have beauty back again?

gonna need aerolux to go back into business

Now it’s just these LED crap

Tartarian technology

This makes me so happy. ⚡️🔴

guys, if you want to surprise your girl get her one of these

🤯🥰 it’s beautiful! Perhaps after AI has consumed most of the boring soulless jobs, humanity can get back to things like this, arts and crafts, and with the help of AI scale out not just innovation, but imagination.

Who needs fancy lamps when these beautiful bulbs are all you need! 💐🪻🌷

This is AI garbage. Notice how there’s NO POWER going to that fixture on the table. No power cord anywhere.

We've lost a world beyond our greatest imagined possibilities. They've taken more from us than most people will ever understand. Im just one of many that is homesick for a world we never knew.

Aerolux made some cool bulbs❤️

We need to go back to making this beautiful again. This is magical

I have one of these! My dad found it in a trash pile when he was rebuilding Homestead from hurricane Andrew!

Love those, it seams we have undervalued and sacrificed the esthetics of the items we use everyday to practicality and cost

1930s-70s....

We should bring those back! Lovely.

Is this AI or are these real

There was a time when light was hand-crafted — filaments curled like poetry, glass breathed warmth, glowing filaments dancing in glass, born from precision and imagination. Those 1930s bulbs remind us that even utility once had soul. 💡 #VintageCharm #DesignLegacy

Wow - I suspect a rarity = expensive.

There is an incandescent bulb in a Fire Station in, I believe, Pennsylvania that has been on continuously for well over 100 years

Stunning
