Black Americans make up 13% of the population but commit a disproportionate 37% share of violent crime. That’s not “targeting black people,” that’s going where the crime is. We need less focus on race and more focus on accountability and decision making within our communities. Black "leaders" need to stop enabling this degeneracy.
