There is a strategy for Claude Max users that will 3-5X productivity and vibe coding learning curve. Which most vibe coders don't utilize! Most people using Claude Code just sit and watch the terminal while their prompt cooks. That’s dead time. If you’re on Claude Max, you’re paying for parallel capacity you’re probably not using fully. And tokens get wasted. Here’s a methodology to fix that and boost the way you use Claude forever: The Setup & Workflow 1. Add the repos you’re actively working on to your workspace from your IDE 2. Click “new terminal” and open 3-4 terminal instances, each pointed at a different project 3. Toggle between them on the right side of your terminal panel 4. When one terminal is cooking a prompt, look at the others 5. Use the time Claude is working to prompt the next project 6. Continuously rotate and ship across 3-4 projects like this 7. Use your tokens effectively, build more, learn faster The Result You ship 3-4 projects simultaneously. You burn through your token allocation on actual output instead of letting it sit unused. You learn faster because you’re getting more reps in the same amount of time, too. As long as you work on different projects at the same time like this, it will only be a boost in productivity, with no chance for code to get spaghetti. BUT 🚨 with commentary being as bad as it is, I can’t be the only one who sometimes prefers to play with commentary turned off, right? So now imagine a presentation package tailored to that — I’m thinking like the no-commentary Skycam coverage we’ve seen in real life. The focus then would be on more authentic stadium/field sounds - and beefing that up. Think about it this way -> that’s how people in the stadium experience games. Then they replay the broadcast at home or watch highlights and hear the best calls of the day. THAT’S 🎯 where I think this AI commentary can come into play.., you’ve already made the plays and fought it out on the field. Now soak in the moment by hearing calls like this 👇 No more awkward live commentary in-game. This way the ai already has the stats and context, so now you just get to put it in broadcast view, sit back and rewind. You get to watch what the viewers saw on screen when you were on the field. IMPORTANT 🚨 Starting October 1, 2025 Cigna Health Insurance announced they will start using an algorithm to automatically down code what physicians do to reduce payments THIS IS FRAUD, if a doctor up codes it’s illegal, but CIgna decided they can make their own rules “If you have Cigna health insurance, don't be surprised if your doctor says he's no longer taking your coverage. Cigna announced that they're going to down code exam visits. So new patient exam and follow up patient exams, re-exams or follow ups that you have with your doctor for anything, they're going to take those high level exams when your doctor's actually spending time with you trying to figure things out coded at a 4 or a 5. These are higher level exams and they're gonna automatically down code these exams to a 2 or a 3. What this means is the doctor is gonna get paid less for the amount of time being spent with the patient and he's gonna be forced, he or she's gonna be forced to spend extra time sending in notes and records in addition to all the other things they have to do for the insurance company. I see this as a way that the doctors are just going to simply say enough, we're not going to take insurance anymore. I'm letting you know this because do not be surprised if doctors stop taking in Cigna as your insurance. This is right on the heels, maybe even the same day it was announced that Johns Hopkins Hospital is no longer going to be taking UnitedHealthcare. So don't think that the doctors and the hospitals are not trying to do something about this. Johns Hopkins is no longer going to take UnitedHealthcare. And now Cigna announces they said, hey, hold my beer. We're going to down code all doctors visits from a that are four or five level code to a two or three. And I'm telling you, doctors are not gonna, they're, they don't have the time to send in these records and notes to try to get paid on the back end. They're going to be getting paid less for high level services, which you, the patient, need and require. You already need more time with the doctor. You already need more his attention. So when he gives it to you, Cigna is going to penalize him for it”
