This move would have been much appreciated if the speed limit was also revised to 120 kmph in parallel, and if a basic study was undertaken, then the authorities would have realized that the real problem is the reckless truckers driving in the wrong lane, and not the over-speeding cars. What about trucks driving in right lane, driving without proper rear lights or underbody crash-bar?? Only cars are the problem is it??

Travelled on the expressway yesterday,could see the change,everyone was driving below 100kmph because of the multiple cameras installed,people can be quite disciplined once they know they will be fined Rs.2000 for over speeding

The intent was to put up these cameras to well manage the traffic on express way but it has been put to slap a fine on over speeding. These cameras are put specially on downsides, your vehicle has high chances of crossing the limits on downslopes, very cunning move 🤣🤣

But not lane breaking ....as usual the only victim is the car owner while everybody else gets away violating rules

POV: Cunning move by government earn money. Bcz lakhs of vehicle travel on this route among them accident rate is low. Express way hai to speed se to jayengi vehicle (knowingly or unknowingly) they cross the limit. Pesa hi PESA

Why can’t the same cameras be used to detect and penalise driving in the wrong lanes? The large trucks inevitably veer into the right and middle lanes instead of being on the left most lane.
