“Virtual machines are like cities — once they’re established, they become magnets.” Diksha Arden sits down with Jay ($/acc), Founder of Sei, to unpack Jay’s macro thesis: why legacy hubs — whether cities like New York and San Francisco or dominant virtual machines — tend to remain on top,...

WATCH: A massive part of Trump's 2nd-term agenda is to charter TEN new mega-futuristic cities in various states on federally-owned lands "Almost one-third of the landmass of the United States is owned by the federal government, with just a very, very small portion of that land... we should hold a contest to charter up to ten new cities and award them to the best proposals for development. In other words, we'll actually build new cities in our country again." The "Freedom Cities" will lead to historic job creation and the easing of traffic in cities nationwide. They will become hubs of innovation and offer new families the opportunity to own homes at a fraction of the current price. The cities will also provide an unprecedented opportunity for up-and-coming entrepreneurs to build generational wealth in low-tax, high-reward environments. Trump is the only Republican who understands that the spirit of innovation needs to return to America. Some conservatives are against this idea because it reminds them of the WEF's 15-minute cities. But that's a foolish mindset. Trump is proposing these cities to compete with Dubai, Doha, Abu Dhabi, etc. We need to beat them and do it better. Like Space Force, Trump wants the United States to be FIRST in every category. He's trying to give people what their great-grandparents had. Cities like NYC, Chicago, LA, SF, Houston, Miami, etc, didn't start overnight. People saw innovation and opportunities and moved there for better opportunities. I, for one, think we need to start thinking about the future. I want my generation to be the one to bring about flying cars.

Tucker goes on epic rant about modern life and nature: "The ruling party is the party of the childless, the unmarried, the people working for low wages for large corporations and living in tiny apartments in overcrowded cities that are rife with crime." "Who votes for the people who run the United States right now? People who are working for big banks, living in crowded conditions, very often alone, in big soulless cities, having their food delivered by immigrants, and spending their time glued to a screen. What does that sound like to you? It sounds like prison, actually." "Who are the people who oppose this? Where do they live and how do they live? Well, they are poorer generally on paper. But are their lives worse if you live in a place where you can see the sky? Where you can make your own food? If you can go outside and identify three species of trees or hear birds, or experience silence, the rarest commodity in the modern world. Those are the people who are not with the program. People who have a daily experience of nature. And those people are much more likely to acknowledge a power beyond themselves and their government. And there's a reason for that because they can see it. When you're living crowded as you would on an industrial farm as a cow, you are not liberated. You are enslaved. Your reference points are gone. You can't see the stars. You cannot see God's creation. All around you you see drywall and screens. And your ability to think clearly goes away."

The “anywheres” vs “somewheres” divide is ultimately what nationalism comes down to. Most native Brits wanted to live in or at least close to where their parents grew up and their grandparents before that and so on and so on. On top of that they don’t want people coming into those cities, towns, and villages who are not only not local they’re not British or European or even Western. Why is Essex such a Reform heavy county? Because a lot of the people in Essex are people who had to move out of the East End of London because of Bangladeshi and Pakistani immigration taking over Tower Hamlets and Newham. They were uprooted once and they are now seeing the immigration begin to follow them to Essex and they refuse to endure this for a second time. There’s a reason white flight exists. Even the liberals and progressives don’t actually want to live amongst the diversity. So the obvious solution is not only to pause immigration where it is but to reverse it. We want to see cockneys return to the East End and we want the Pakistani’s and Bangladeshi’s back where they belong. I’m sorry if your parents or grandparents came here against the will of the British public and you wrongly believe you are British. You are a victim of immigration too but it’s not my job to worry about you, it’s my job to worry about my people. So get learning Urdu and Bengali if you can’t speak it already because you are going back whether you like it or not.
