you're leaving out the part about how republicans hobbled the aca before it got started. if it had been allowed to continue as designed, it would have been fine. as it is, it still drastically reduced the rate that insurance premiums were rising and 30 mil people got coverage.

Now tell everyone about the numerous repeals by Republicans to submarine the program but the ACA still managed to slow rising premiums by a substantial percentage compared to the previous 5 years.
