Richard Heart is doing a new "Sacrifice phase" for yet another project called "MrProve". In 2021, I made this video showing how RH sneakily acquired 90+% of the PulseChain token supply during the very last moments of its sacrifice. 👉 HE WILL DO THIS AGAIN. 👈 To back this up, just a week ago, Richard laundered hundreds of millions of dollars worth of ETH from his last sacrifice phase (PulseChain & PulseX) through Tornado Cash, thereby anonymizing the funds. A week later, he announced this new project. What I am fairly certain he'll do next: Richard will "contribute" these laundered funds back to himself through his next "sacrifice phase", giving the illusion that the new project fundraise is "exceptionally successful" and "in demand" (when really it's mostly just his own money), trying to entice new money to chase in after such "success". As a side note, Richard heart stated he believes this new sacrifice phase will pump his existing core coins ( $PLS, $PLSX, $HEX ), based on a short exchange with Corey Costa’s Crypto Coins in which Richard said "do me a favor and check the chart what happend the last couple times [he did a sacrifice]". (Richard Heart deleted his response afterward, but you can see a screenshot of it in my reply, below) It actually could be the case that this new sacrifice phase does pump his existing tokens, if either: 1. RH adds some *multiplier benefit* to the sacrificing of HEX, PLS and PLSX during the new sacrific phase (thereby encouraging these coins to be burned), or 2. RH buys his own core coins (PLS, PLSX and HEX) and then sacrifices those in the new sacrifice phase. I think he will do one, or maybe both, of the above things. Personally, Richard's token ecosystem is getting a bit messy and I sure as heck won't be participating in this new sacrifice phase. But I do hope he ends up pumping some value for his existing token holders because, thus far, pretty much everyone has been in a loss from the prior sacrifices. turns out my habits were only half of it 9 steps to cut your Grok Bot usage by over 50% (if you're on a Cursor plan): 1. open cursor desktop app settings 2. go to the models option in the side menu 3. flip off any models you don't want to be using 4. next, set task models in the top of the page to a model you prefer that's cost efficient (do not leave it on default, this is IMPORTANT) 5. otherwise... your task models could auto set to high and/or fast... that's a more expensive model, and you get billed 2x 6. after, you'll click on the cloud agents option in your side menu, and it'll take you to the cursor web dashboard for your account 7. you will need to scroll down to the preferences section on that page and click on the default model option (again IMPORTANT) 8. set that to a cost efficient model you prefer and don't leave it on default... otherwise your cloud agents may use high and/or fast yet again 9. bonus tip (won't apply to most): lastly click on the spending option in your web dashboard's side menu and also make sure your on-demand usage is not on unlimited and is set to a cap you're comfortable with my token usage has reduced 60% after doing this and I'm sure it'll be different for everyone... but make sure to check this process can be a tad bit confusing too let me know if you need any help!

Koenigsegg Jesko Attack at 25 🫡💥 I don’t want to say I didn’t know this day would come, because I always knew it would with how hard I lock in and put my head down on goals, however with the severe health issues the past 2 years I must say that I appreciate this moment so much more and truly feel proud of myself for never giving up no matter what. This has taught me that going through an unreal level of suffering always makes you appreciate things much more, and sometimes is even a big reality check on life. Years in banking taught me that successful stock picking comes down to 6 specific criteria. Whether markets are rising, falling, or stagnant, these criteria consistently identify quality companies Here's what they are: Criteria #1: Gross Margin >60% Companies with 60%+ gross margins aren't getting undercut by competitors. The product is defensible and hard to replicate. Service businesses typically achieve these numbers more easily than manufacturing due to lower overhead costs. Criteria #2: Return on Invested Capital Above 10% How effectively does the company turn money into more money? I want minimum 10-12% returns. Many companies barely hit 4%—you'd earn more in a high-yield savings account. Criteria #3: Free Cash Flow >20% Think of Amazon sellers constantly reinvesting in inventory—they never touch the cash. You want businesses that actually generate free cash flow of 20% or higher. This means they won't need to borrow money or dilute shareholders. They're fundamentally stronger. Criteria #4: Interest Coverage Ratio 3x+ Can they easily pay interest on debt from profits? I want this at least 3x so that even if rates spike, the business survives. This is your big warning signal for financial risk. Criteria #5: Forget P/E Ratios P/E ratios are useless snapshots. Netflix in 2015 had a P/E of 554x—everyone said "you're an idiot." Earnings then went up 100x. What matters is whether profits grow and fundamentals stack up, not the snapshot ratio. Criteria #6: The Moat How difficult is it for competitors to replicate the business? Apple's moat isn't just the phone—it's the stores, brand ecosystem, and App Store working together. Compare that to frozen yogurt shops competing themselves into bankruptcy. Look for deep, defensible competitive advantages. The Simpler Path Too complicated? Buy quality ETFs like SPQ (S&P 500 Quality Index) or IWQ (MSCI World Quality). You'll own the top 100 companies like Microsoft, Nvidia, and Apple instead of all 500 mediocre S&P companies. Stop donating money to Wall Street. Start building wealth with quality companies and real strategy.

I spent months building something most retail never bothers with - an 816-event reverse-split dataset, hand-labelled for a statistical deep dive to find the edge here Thesis - you can go long after the reverse split to harvest the mega pumps (>1,000%) like we saw in $TNON, $AREB, $SMX and $AKAN lately. 📁 My key intellectual asset is the .xls dataset 816 US R/S events, Sept 2024 → May 2026. Manually curated from TradingView , SEC filings, dilution trackers. The brutal part wasn't the dates - it was nailing the exact shares outstanding immediately after each split back in the day - took months, but I made it. Companies not always broadcast that number in their pre-split PR(especialy if ADS are involved). You back it out from the next 10-Q, an 8-K Item 3.02, or float-compression math inside a 424B. Sometimes three filings to confirm one row. What do I concider as a Pump⛽️ = any 1-day intraday ≥50% move within D+1–D+10 of effective date (incl. pre/post-market which is the most common). 🚨FIRST FINDINGS: post R/S pump rate - 30.3%. Sub-1.4M S/O cohort it is even bigger - 38.2%. Now I need to find additional predictors and develop a backtested trading strategy!🚨 🧪 Methodology 15 pre-registered hypotheses across float, split ratio, geography, toxic underwriters, structured-finance funds, cash runway, prior R/S, sector, VIX, entry-day etc.. Two layers: P(pump), and P(extreme | pump) - the 300%+ TNON/SMX archetype. 🔬 The pipeline Contingency tables + χ²/Mann-Whitney univariate, ORs with 95% Wald CIs, Benjamini-Hochberg FDR at q=0.10 across the family.
