Visage - Fade To Grey #synthpop #80s

This, Blue Monday (New Order), Don't You Want Me (Human League), Vienna (Ultravox) were some of the most perfect examples of early 80s new wave/new romantics music.

Steve Strange 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿, RIP

Midge ure was part of this production- my first real 7inch single- after I went to the blitz

The blueprint for everything that followed.

Steve Strange, what a legend 👏

He was such a lovely man, he used to buy his cosmetics from where I used to work. None of the staff knew who he was. I spoke to him many times and thanked him for being a part of my awakening. He was so pleased to be seen and remembered. ❤️💔

I remember that looking cool. Now it's just a plumber in a wig and a girl reciting French with a plummy English accent.

Brilliant track.❤️👏🏼

I was thrilled to hear it played live by Midge Ure. This song is magical. 🪄

Superb track - shame about the video.

Tune

I still have the album somewhere in storage.

I was 18 when I heard that for the first time
