Why north is far from this culture.. not all but yes most of brides negotiate for honeymoon destination before marriage. Grooms are also not pious. Visiting tirthas are rare but local kul devi visit is still in practice.

pls don't elaborate. its part of Hindu tradition.. that post marriage we spend some days by staying in holy places.... no modern words on such good personalities.. say ignore their personal life.

Lot of people have misunderstood the tweet, it is good to see this practice upheld by this couple when majority youngsters today have seldom time allocated for such age old practices. Let us not be in denial mode about this fact!
