Someone found an arm and a torso on a stretch of the beach last week. The day after their date, detectives found Robinson’s car in an alley, which had been set on fire. Soon after, authorities found several human remains belonging to Robinson at a Lake Michigan beach park. One of her body parts was also discovered a block from where her car was found.

At least two people involved in investigating these contracts - auditor Mpho Mafole and bid adjudicator Simnikiwe Mapini - have been killed.
