Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI) has released new footage of the KAAN's second prototype (P1) successfully completing powered taxi tests, confirming the aircraft has entered ground testing ahead of its maiden flight. TAI expects P1 to make its first flight within the next couple of months, with both P1 and the third prototype (P2) scheduled to be flying by the end of 2026. Deliveries to the Turkish Air Force remain on track to begin in 2028.

From 15 June to 15 September 2026, malls across Dubai will open daily for walking, running, and a range of sports activities.
