Are voting machines rigged in any counties?

Hi! We don’t have digital voting machines (like the infamous ones) or touchscreen versions — ever since election officials went to a security conference & hackers demonstrated how easily they can be hacked. We use paper ballots and counting machines. However, reviews of the voting rolls confirm problems with the voter lists that NEED to be cleaned up, including some foreigners who were registered & have voted. 40 days of early voting (passed by Democrats) and allowing out-of-state college students who live on campus to register and cast ballots on Election Day have also been true problems. The college students declare that they are Virginia residents now and then vote.
