They have complete control to the outcome they desire and Americans are paying for it. Korea uses machines made by K-Miru Systems, which operate in a manner similar to Smartmatic's electronic vote counting machines. During Korea's economic development period, these counting machines were exported under the guise of supporting developing countries. They were exported alongside the above program. CPAC Chairman Matt Schlapp, during his January visit to President Yoon's residence heard that Huawei was operating South Korea's elections and that Huawei Wi-Fi was actually detected inside polling stations on election day. This is what is happening in multiple countries. Problem Cases by Major Country: Iraq, Kyrgyzstan, Congo: These three countries received voting equipment support through Official Development Assistance (ODA) projects. However, the problem is that election fraud occurred in Iraq and Congo in 2017-2018. Notably, the Congolese delegation visited South Korea to protest and demand a halt to the export of electronic vote counters. The UN also raised concerns about this issue, but ultimately, the South Korean government announced it would investigate and then swept the matter under the rug. After this issue gained international attention, South Korea experienced serious electoral fraud in the 2020, 2024, and 2025 presidential elections. The root cause of all these problems was the electronic vote-counting machines. Politicians elected through fraud amended laws to accept Chinese nationals and grant them voting rights. Recently, a temporary investigative team composed of CPAC experts toured the electoral districts ahead of the early June election and were appalled. They even submitted a report to the U.S. administration, but there has been no announcement or sanctions regarding this yet.
