I agree with VP, I think he’s saying a goal is something attainable something that you can actively work towards to achieve. Whereas a dream is an aspiration something you imagine or something that would be ideal but may not necessarily be attainable in reality

Dreams and goals are basically the same thing, the difference is a dream is a goal without actions, once action is taken it becomes a goal but can still be called a dream.

Both are kinda right. A dream isnt always a goal. People can dream of things they arent planning to even work towards, they just want to imagine it. A dream only becomes a goal if a person is actively planning on how to achieve it if not then they are only dreaming
