VS Jack-8 has a fatal problem because of this. Why is this problem happening? #T8_report

There is a problem with instant tornado moves on Jack, Dragunov, Victor and Shaheen. Like Feng's ss4, Jin's CH d2 and Lili's CH FR 3 they need to fix this
