Where is the inquiry in to the Home Office and companies running the hotel If a local authority lost 13 white kids aged under 16, not even 200 in total they would be in special measures and the leadership likely sacked

If they are children where are their parents? How many small children are put into hotels with no parents? Or are we talking about young adults who claim to be under 18? The ones who should should be X-Rayed to determine their age. However who were the people who stopped that?
