In a chicane there is never ahead of Apex... Especially in Monza turn 1 & 2 chicane, inside becomes outside and outside becomes inside in 90° angles

Where have you made that up from? Every corner has an apex and Lewis ahead at both of them in the first chicane. Again, just accept that as the rules are written, Lewis was entitled to the same space that he gave Charles at T1

On purpose he did that corner wide. The rules are clear about that, you can escort the car next to you into the wall or gravel when you are ahead of the apex… So if he was ahead then no penalty, but very hard racing. If he was not ahead then should have been penalised.
