@DrBellahh Many times I have written on this topic...The actual Ugandan population inclusive of 1.3m refugees/immigrants is around 24.3 million.. The rest are classic UBOS state faked numbers/censuses with usual suspects the "development partners" for classified agenda.

majority of the population is school going children accounting for above 50% of the population. on the other hand, our census is not accurate and alot of estimations are done
