Wait, so there’s literally a Weather Modification Association—a trade group for weather modification—and we’re still being told this isn’t happening? They talk about activities like cloud seeding and climate intervention as if they’re just standard practice. At some point, you’ve got to ask better questions. Babooschka

Wait… this doesn’t exist? Then why is there an entire trade association for it? Attorney Tom Renz points to the Weather Modification Association, an organization openly discussing the “efficacy, safety, and methodology” of weather modification. So which is it? We need answers on what just happened in Texas. We need laws against weather modification and cloud seeding. Concerned Citizen has been posting about this for a long time.

You’ll Either Believe In Climate Change Or They’ll Manufacture As Many “Natural” Disasters As Needed To Force You To Believe It ‌ THE VIEW: “They're taking storms that are already there & given it a little boost — Cloud seeding is ramping up so big“ ‌ Weather Manipulation Is Happening RIGHT NOW ‌ “Cloud seeding is something that I studied in school from urology, weather modification. Back when I went to school, it was like, I've poo-pooed a little bit. It was too expensive, it's not efficient enough. Well, guess what? When you get desperate and then technology gets better, 20 years later, here we are, cloud seeding is ramping up so big. You see me there showing that flare on the plane. They send silver iodide into the clouds and then it makes it snow more. So they can't make a cloud, right? But they're taking storms that are already there given it a little boost.” ‌ THEY ARE TELLING YOU WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND PEOPLE STILL DON’T BELIEVE IT 🚨 ‌ Weather Modification, Climate Engineering, Geoengineering

🚨 Did Cloud Seeding Cause the Devastating Floods? Let’s Talk About Cause and Effect. Two days before catastrophic flooding along the Guadalupe Corridor, a cloud seeding operation took place. Then came 16 hours of rain. Surges up to 30 feet above crest. Up to 40 feet in San Antonio. Bodies pulled from the water for weeks. Families still searching for answers. When questions are raised? “You’re a conspiracy theorist.” But here’s the uncomfortable reality: Cloud seeding is designed to make it rain. So when you seed clouds upstream… and it rains… and catastrophic flooding follows… Is it unreasonable to ask whether there’s a connection? This isn’t about politics. This isn’t about panic. This is about accountability. If weather modification is powerful enough to alter precipitation, then it’s powerful enough to require oversight, transparency, and liability when things go wrong. Yet serious investigation into cause and effect? Silence.

💥 WOW. Fox News just did an entire segment on Cloud Seeding and weather modification, going as far as to acknowledge the fact that it was occurring around the time of the Texas floods. Now. The black pillers will say that the CEO of Rainmaker Tech denied any effects from their actions. But they would be missing the broader point. The “Conspiracy” of weather modification has now gone mainstream. It’s no longer a conspiracy and segments like this allow the public to digest reality and eventually advance towards truth.

🚨 TEXAS FLOODS AFTER “BLUE RAIN” - 7 STATE-RUN CLOUD SEEDING PROGRAMS EXPOSED Historic flooding. Entire towns underwater. At least 24 dead with many more missing including children. ⚠️ And just months ago? Texans reported BLUE RAIN falling from the sky. Now here's what they're hiding: ⚠️ Texas is running 7 massive cloud seeding programs: all state-authorized under the Weather Modification Act of 1967. Planes. Chemicals. Skies sprayed to "enhance rainfall" across millions of acres These aren’t rumors. They’re licensed weather manipulation ops spanning millions of acres. They say it’s to “enhance rainfall.” But now? Entire towns are underwater. Coincidence? Or did they push the clouds too far and trigger this flood? Modified clouds. Engineered storms. Blue rain. This isn’t just bad weather. It looks a hell of a lot like weather warfare. Source: Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation, TDLR, Weather Modification Annual Report

🚨 “BLUE RAIN” FALLS OVER TEXAS — WHAT’S REALLY GOING ON? 🚨 🔵 Reports are flooding in from Texas National Park visitors: bizarre blue-tinted rain — AGAIN. But here’s what they’re NOT telling you… 💧 Texas has 7 active cloud seeding programs — covering over 30 million acres statewide 🌩️ Officially licensed under the Texas Weather Modification Act of 1967 🚁 Planes. Chemicals. Permits. This isn’t a conspiracy — it’s regulated reality. 📢 WHAT THIS MEANS: ⚠️ “Weather modification” is not theory — it’s active policy ⚠️ Millions are exposed to skies being engineered without full transparency ⚠️ Unnatural weather events are becoming harder to explain — and easier to suspect 💥 If they control the weather… what else do they control? 🚨 THIS ISN’T JUST RAIN — IT’S A WARNING FROM ABOVE 🚨

VINDICATED! 🙌 🌩️ Florida Makes History Banning Weather Modification on the State, passing Bill HB477 with Unanimous 17-0 Vote! “I’m not here to make you believe Chemtrails exist…” but it does, and they’ve been spraying harmful chemicals and heavy metals on us, our food, our crops, and it causes major health issues. 🔴 Details about the bill: • The bill bans "the injection, release, or dispersion, by any means, of a chemical, a chemical compound, a substance, or an apparatus into the atmosphere within the borders of this state for the express purpose of affecting the temperature, the weather, or the intensity of sunlight." — This means any deliberate attempt to influence weather patterns—such as temperature changes, precipitation, or sunlight intensity—is outlawed. • ENDS Cloud Seeding: — Cloud seeding, a weather modification technique that involves dispersing substances like silver iodide into clouds to encourage rainfall or snow, is effectively prohibited under this legislation. • The bill eliminates multiple provisions of Florida’s prior weather modification laws, which previously allowed for regulated activities like cloud seeding under state-issued licenses. • Penalties for Violations: — Violators face increased civil penalties, with fines up to $10,000 per offense, signaling a strong deterrent against any weather-related experimentation or intervention in the state’s atmosphere. 🔴 WHAT’S NEXT? • The bill must still pass the House and Senate, and then be signed by the governor to become law. If signed into law, HB 477 takes effect on July 1, 2025!

I reintroduced this bill several months ago as SB 508, the Clean Air Preservation Act. This bill would ban specific weather modification activities like cloud seeding and solar radiation modification within Pennsylvania. If passed, it would aim to protect the environment, public health, and what the bill sponsors see as a constitutional right to clean air by preventing the release of pollutants through these means. For families, the act's sponsors state it would protect the air quality they breathe and the natural environment for their children. This bill is currently sitting in the Agriculture & Rural Affairs Committee.

WOW 🚨 For everyone who still thinks “cloud seeding” weather modification is just a conspiracy theory Here you go: They’re showing you exactly how it works, custom installed switches in the planes and then showing the chemicals being activated and sprayed into the air and we wonder why we have a chronic disease epidemic in America between this, vaccines and our toxic chemical in our foods RFK Jr promised to make it a priority to STOP this

For decades, many parts of Iran have struggled with severe drought. Now, some of those same regions are seeing levels of rain and snowfall not recorded in over 60 years. This shift comes shortly after a strike on a secret weather-modification and cloud-seeding base in the UAE, raising new questions about the timing and cause of the strike. Is this just a natural weather cycle, or could there have been outside interference all along? Were the US, Israel, and other adversaries secretly deploying technology to block rain and snowfall in Iran?

Nicole Shanahan exposes the truth about geoengineering and weather modification. The Overton window has been shattered as the term "chemtrails" gains traction among experts tracking these programs. Evidence shows harmful particles and materials used in aerosol injections for climate change mitigation are damaging human health, soil, water, and air. Shanahan reveals cloud seeding is real, with U.S. counties signing contracts with private companies to manipulate weather patterns. Yet, the full scope of these activities remains unknown. HHS is assembling a team to investigate the impacts and uncover whether a regulatory gap exists. Are these programs mitigating climate change, or harming our ecosystems and health? It’s time for transparency.

Back in 1916, Charles Hatfield got hired by San Diego to end a drought… He set up towers, released his chemicals... and triggered massive floods that broke dams and killed dozens… They called it 'Hatfield's Flood… Now governments and elites are doing the exact same thing but on a global scale with weather modification, cloud seeding, and climate engineering… What they once called a crazy rainmaker is now official policy…👀

Another Conspiracy Theory debunked! The 9year Air Force whistleblower who came forward with the geoengineering of Weather Modifications thru the Chem Trails that we have all witnessed, is speaking out for everyone to see. The Democrats and Deep State are claiming to combat Climate Change, when all they’re causing are the climate disasters such as … more hurricanes, floods and tornadoes. As a side note … Notice how with all this Weather Modification they are involved in, they couldn’t produce one iota of rain for California? Just saying!

🚨URGENT BREAKING: Davos elites caught on hidden camera admitting chemtrails / sulfur dioxide spraying, military‑origin weather modification, and rebranding it to keep the public calm, while laughing. They joke about governments weaponizing weather. BlackRock is named. DARPA is named. They poisoned the conversation for years by calling us crazy. Now they admit it on tape and smirk. This isn’t “climate policy” it’s atmospheric control without consent. They think we’re stupid. Prove them wrong. SHARE THIS EVERYWHERE!!

PLOT TWIST: Marjorie Taylor Greene was actually right when she claimed scientists could alter the weather. This is not a “conspiracy theory.” Over 50 countries, including the US, are using cloud seeding and geoengineering to change the weather. This has been proven true by numerous scientific studies, historical military operations, and active government programs. For example, the U.S. Department of Defense's Operation Popeye during the Vietnam War successfully used cloud seeding to extend monsoon seasons, while China's massive weather modification efforts have been publicly documented, with plans to control half the country's weather by 2025. Additionally, a U.S. federal agency, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), acknowledges the use of cloud seeding to increase precipitation. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has also warned that The World Economic Forum and Bill Gates have “hijacked geoengineering,” with Gates funding these projects around the world. “They aggravate the problem then sell us the solution,” Kennedy said, and the solution is that “they want is more social controls.” “Geoengineering is a threat that the environmental community needs to know about and the rest of us needs to know about.” And if you ask Amazon's Alexa a specific question about Hurricane Helene, she sounds like a “conspiracy theorist.” Weather manipulation is real, it's happening now, and it’s far bigger than most people realize.
