From what I understand, allegedly, he refused to listen to the nurses on the jury putting their own medical spin on the jury instructions (if that’s true that should be a big problem). He refused to say she was not guilty. Good for him. She is guilty. She murdered. She’s also insane, she murdered her children. How or why she became insane 🤷🏻‍♀️ And no sane person murders children. So I never understand the whole insanity angle. You murder a child you are on some level, insane. Disclaimer I did not and have not watched or kept up with this trial in any significant way. (On purpose) just my opinion. I was a juror on a capital murder trial. Jury instructions are very clear. Even if a jurors emotional influence doesn’t want to agree. Which was present in my situation. Jurors often make up their mind during trial and the jury instructions, if followed, do not always come to the same conclusion, there can be big stale mates.
