Wow this mother showed up at a drug dealers house to confront him about giving or selling meth to her daughter. 😱 I praise the Lord everyday to keep my kids safe and taught them from a young age to stay away from this stuff and people who are into it. Could you do the same as this mother or as a father? That's a scary scenario, could had been worse. Based on the living conditions, I'd say he's just sharing with his "friends" because he's definitely not profiting off it.

I just spent $32 on a fish and chips lunch at Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant at the wharf in DC, and it’s not the one you think. I knew about Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s kitchen restaurant at the wharf in Washington DC, but I didn’t realize that they also put in a Gordon Ramsay fish and chips right across the walkway. it is kinda like what would happen if a fast food restaurant changed their oil appropriately. The food comes out fast, the batter is light and fluffy and crispy and not stale, and it tastes good, not great. so as a fast food restaurant, this is a very good one, but I don’t think they think it’s fast food. Because after upgrading my fries and adding an iced tea, the total price I paid for this very small portion of food was $32. so if they’re not fast food, they’re competing with Irish pubs, and that might put the price more in the same range. But now that’s where the portion of food comes in, because at some Irish pubs, they give you like two or three full fish not just too little fish sticks. So, yes, you were paying an up charge for less food, and while the food is not terrible, I would still say it’s probably kind of a tourist trap. I don’t know what do you think? i’ll probably get my fish and chips at an Irish pub next time.

This video gives a rare glimpse into the "fishy" proclivities of wolves in our area. The video was taken in spring just a short distance from a creek wolves have fished at for many years. This past spring was the 10th year we have documented wolves hunting and catching fish—a behavior that had not been documented in boreal systems such as ours until our work, in part, because it is a tough behavior to observe. What is particularly fascinating is that this wolf was not only carrying a fish but carrying two of them. This is interesting because when we captured this behavior on video for the first time in 2018, we observed a wolf fishing, drop them on the creek bank, and wade back in to continue fishing. I.e., the wolf was not immediately consuming the fish it caught but rather fishing while the fishing was hot, and then once the fishing cooled down, would consume the fish. And this video seems to provide some additional evidence that it might be a widespread strategy wolves use. Two other interesting tidbits from this video: 1.) The wolf that dropped the fish was a yearling wolf. The wolf that grabbed the fish at the end was a different wolf. More specifically, the breeding female of the Half-Moon Pack and the older sister of the yearling wolf. 2.) Surprisingly, the black bear seemed very perplexed at finding this fish, and just left it alone without even taking a little nibble. We would have expected a bear to readily take a free meal like this but apparently not. We have collected of detailed information on how, when, where, and why wolves hunt fish in our area. I roleplay in games like this, and setting a course, turning on autopilot, and then getting up to do research, talk to crew mates, or just look out the window into space, just adds to the immersion for me. The most unbelievable thing just happened in my Tesla Robotaxi. There’s this dead end, which imo is the deadest dead end, where no Tesla has EVER been able to get out on FSD, without manual help. I ordered the Robotaxi from there just to test it, but this time there was a garbage truck in the way… and what happened next blew my mind. • Attempt #1: It backed up, paused, seemed unsure, then gave up and pulled forward again right back into the dead end. • Attempt #2: This time, it backed up, tried turning the wheel left to find an angle out, but again, couldn’t quite figure it out and went back to the dead end. • Attempt #3: Here’s where it got wild. It then adjusted its trajectory, turned the wheel left, reversed, and then found its way out! What mind boggles me is that the AI learned in real-time. It seems like it took cues from its environment, analyzed the movement of the garbage truck, and then used that info to solve a problem that it failed twice before. This was real-world AI learning and adapting happening live! Absolutely mind-blowing.

The most unbelievable thing just happened in my Tesla Robotaxi. There’s this dead end, which imo is the deadest dead end, where no Tesla has EVER been able to get out on FSD, without manual help. I ordered the Robotaxi from there just to test it, but this time there was a garbage truck in the way… and what happened next blew my mind. • Attempt #1: It backed up, paused, seemed unsure, then gave up and pulled forward again right back into the dead end. • Attempt #2: This time, it backed up, tried turning the wheel left to find an angle out, but again, couldn’t quite figure it out and went back to the dead end. • Attempt #3: Here’s where it got wild.
