While I don’t agree with things, Kelce was trying to stay warm. This was also last year during the cold temperatures at a home game. None of this has to do with dating TS or trying to be disrespectful, etc.

During the national anthem, the U.S. Flag Code suggests individuals stand "at attention," face the flag, and place their right hand over their heart. Stand "at attention" is defined as standing upright with your feet together.  Dont want to get into the disrespect thing...
