I believe in the death penalty for these cases, & lethal force is justified to end them. When approached by the police, you have 2 choices: submit & fight it in court, or do not submit & fight to the death. You run, you've just accepted option 2. Don't try surrendering after they stopped you by force.

FSD 14.2.1.25 braking incident I didn’t see this in real time, but it really looked like someone was running into the road for a split second. The braking came just frames after it first showed up.
