We still don't know the main event for International Fight Week. It's never been this late. The part that I don't understand is... Why can't it be Islam x Ilia? That fight is in 46 days. And then, win or lose, Islam walks on. He goes to 170. It's not like fighting in a month and a half puts you on a different timeline than JDM. Again, I refuse to believe that Ilia is fighting for an interim title or #1 contender fight.

My understanding is that the Dulgarian controversy is not an isolated incident. I’ve spoken to multiple people who have either experienced or know of others who have been approached about their willingness to do something like this. Essentially: “Are you interested in throwing a fight for X amount of dollars?” This is a massive issue for the UFC. And when you consider the questionable refereeing as of late, you can’t help but wonder if there are integrity issues there as well.
