Emily has a wonderful voice, but it is “hollow”… it doesn’t convey Chester’s essence. Chester’s voice was an explosion of personal stories, pain and overcoming, until the day he was defeated. It causes a certain discomfort to listen to it … It would be better if new songs were written just for her and the new phase of the LP.
