Supreme Court Judge-EC Link adds a new controversy to the debate around Gyanesh Kumar. Justice SC Sharma whose son is a counsel for the EC in M.P heard a critical case challenging the appointment of the CEC & ECs, with no disclosure on his son's links to EC. Gyanesh Kumar is a respondent in the case. The lawyer for the petitioners Gopal Sankaranarayanan points out that Gyanesh Kumar was already in the EC, when a few months later, Justice Sharma's son was registered as counsel for EC. He asks why no disclosure was made and whether Justice Sharma's fellow judge knew. A review petiton before the same bench ( the verdict was split) could demand an annulment of the judgment and bring the conflict of interest charge into officially into open court. Amit Shah’s Delhi Police perfected the art of political kidnapping today. Opposition MPs protesting Vote Chori were lied to, misled, and ambushed. Told they were being taken to the EC headquarters, they were instead dragged to a police station and locked up till 2:10 PM, while Parliament was in session. This was a premeditated assault on democracy, engineered to muzzle dissent and sabotage Parliamentary debate.

Commodore Lokesh Batra a 1971 Veteran War Hero, wanted to be present at Jantar Mantar to protest against Gyanesh Kumar Gupta, but isn’t being allowed to enter the vicinity by Amit Shah’s forces. Mr Lokesh Batra was also one of those instrumental in exposing the Electoral Bonds Scam. He demands the dismissal of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar for being the architect of Vote Chori & the SIR Scam. Apparently, Amit Shah’s Police and the BSF etc are afraid of an 80 year old senior citizen and war veteran. What’s this Govt afraid of? BJP is anyways exposed on its Mandate Theft / Vote Chori nexus with ECI.

#WATCH | Mumbai, Maharashtra: On Rahul Gandhi's remarks on CEC Gyanesh Kumar, Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut says, "... Rahul Gandhi has a very forgiving nature. He wants to forgive those responsible for all the wrongdoing for the national interest. Those in power, through their orders, the Election Commission carried out vote chori. The Election Commission is involved in all of this. Rahul Gandhi has offered Gyanesh Kumar the opportunity to become an approver and name all those who forced him to do this. In 2029, there will be a new government in this country, and those responsible will go to jail..."

I just love CEC Gyanesh Kumar Ji. Perfect man to deal with Political Goons. "GET OUT"😂😂 CEC literally threw out TMC Delegation from his office in just 7 minutes😂 What happened👇 ~4-member TMC delegation led by loudmouth Derek O’Brien, reached Election Commission of India office with regular R_Rona. ~Instead of discussions, reportedly Derek O’Brien started screaming at CEC & at one moment told CEC 'Not to Speak' Bhai, office CEC ka. Aaye tum log ho. And you scream at CEC as if you own the place? But galat panga liya iss baar. ~CEC told them repeatedly to 'behave themselves', but Derek thought he's in Parliament & can do anything. ~After 7 minutes, Gyanesh Kumar Ji lost his cool & bluntly told TMC delegation....'Nikal Jao Yaha Se - Get Lost' & they were literally shown the door. 😂😂 Now Derek is fuming & crying in front of Press. Who cares? 😂 I hope Gyanesh Kumar Ji presides over LS or RS some day & say this to CHINDIs. No Pyar, No Courtesy, Only Business!!😂😂

In this ground report from Jantar Mantar, AISA national president Neha Bora is seen returning after an earlier detention and joining protesters before police move in again. The footage captures tense exchanges between protesters and police, questions being raised about male police personnel among women protesters, detention buses at the site, and heavy deployment of Delhi Police and security personnel. Yogendra Yadav and Neha Bora were among those detained during the October 2 demonstration against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. Protesters were demanding action against Gyanesh Kumar over concerns and allegations surrounding the Election Commission, electoral rolls and the Special Intensive Revision (SIR). Claims made in the footage about a relationship between the BJP and the CEC are allegations voiced by protesters and are not established as fact in this report. The Election Commission has rejected allegations of political bias in the voter-roll revision process. WE DEMAND 🔹The immediate resignation of CEC Gyanesh Kumar, who has forfeited all moral and institutional authority. 🔹The immediate suspension of the SIR in view of serious concerns regarding the integrity and transparency of the electoral rolls being prepared through the SIR, as well as the constitutional validity of the SIR process itself. 🔹The immediate restoration of the 13 crore 30 lakh names removed from the electoral rolls. 🔹This brazen Vote Chori has been organised by the CEC on behalf of the Prime Minister and the Home Minister. We demand the immediate resignation of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. : Congress General Secretary (Org.) Shri K C Venugopal

VIDEO | Mumbai: "We won't stop until CEC Gyanesh Kumar resigns. He did not seek our permission before deleting voters, so why is the government expecting us to take permission to hold a protest?" says CJP co-convenor Ashutosh Ranka on the protest against the CEC at Shivaji Park. Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke on Wednesday sought the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Gyanesh Kumar and warned of protests across the country, followed by a stir at Jantar Mantar in Delhi from the end of October if the demand is not met. Speaking at an interaction at the Mumbai Press Club, Dipke said the CJP will hold a protest at Shivaji Park in Dadar on October 2 to press for the CEC's resignation.

“My name has been removed from the voter list.” Voices from the ground at Jantar Mantar, where protesters gathered amid demands for the resignation and arrest of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. One protester from Delhi’s Okhla constituency says her name has disappeared from the electoral roll despite having lived in the city all her life and says she has been asked to make a new voter ID. Others question the police action at the protest and describe being detained and put into buses without being told where they were being taken. The protesters argue that they have gathered to defend their right to vote, protest peacefully and demand free and fair elections. The protest comes amid a wider political controversy over the Election Commission, the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls and demands for CEC Gyanesh Kumar’s resignation. 👉There's black and white proof. A CID investigation is ongoing in Karnataka. The CID has specifically asked for information on phone numbers that have been used. 👉Gyanesh Kumar is the CEC, and the CEC is not providing the information requested by the Karnataka CID. There can be no bigger indictment of the CEC than this. 👉We're going to present it in such a way that nobody in India will have any doubt that Narendra Modi has committed 'vote chori'. 👉We're going to reveal a Hydrogen bomb. We have open-and-shut proof of what we're saying. We have black and white proof. We're not saying anything without proof. Rahul Gandhi
