Yes I'm from West Philly! There were stables Down The Bottom back in the day. Whenever we went to Fairmount Park. The Black Cowboys and Cowgirls would sell Pony and Horse 🐎 Rides. By Kelly's Pool , The Whispering Walls. Dolls trying to tell me they Culturally appropriating.
