“Walk Away” - James Gang

Way heavier than the studio version, love it.

The Best Club was amazing. Actually live performances in color starting around January 1970. There are so many great performances especially of Rory Gallagher. This James Gang piece was awesome.

Live, loud, and alcohol fueled. 🍻

An interesting tidbit about their original, debut album. You can only hear it on a manual record player. On side one, the very last groove (the one by the label) if you let the needle go, the record repeats, “turn me over…turn me over…”, and on side two it repeats, “play me again…play me again…” At the time, I thought it was a pretty cool thing to discover.

😎

Great song!

Is that DJ Mobly on drums?

Psychedelics and this

Without Joe the Eagles would have went the way of the band America, jus sayin

Fantastic

I love the Joe Walsh quote, "It is a lot more fun being 20 in the 70's than 70 in the 20's."

🤔James Gang was solid…I dug them. Joe Walsh was the man. Power trio that had some diverse songs. The band was short lived though. Walsh also did some solo work. Was invited to join The Eagles which gave the band more depth & a harder edge, along with being another song writer.

Ever so GREAT.

Now that/s rock n roll
