TNA Wrestling was in my hometown Minneapolis,Mn and of course we had our foodtruck outside the venue. I wanted to drive my Foodtruck into the armory but that didn’t happen instead I just walked right in. Thanks to all the TNA Wrestling fans who stopped by foodtruck before the show. There wouldn’t be no ODB without you all.

Well this isn't promising. Conservative MP Michael Barrett says, "If Mark Carney isn't going to allow parliamentarians to debate laws and pass legislation that puts Canadians first then Canadians need to vote in an election." This is basically the same thing Jagmeet Singh said when he walked back his promise to vote non-confidence to trigger an election. It's looking like if our Unelected Prime Minister doesn't want to call an election, he's not going to be forced into it any time soon. After a decade of weak opposition to the Liberals, I guess we really shouldn't have expected things to change. WATCH:

“That was fun, but not as fun as tackling people.” Preston Lobliner had these words of wisdom after his first day of kicking camp with James Wilhoit. Without any training, he was the only kid in his league last year who could kick extra points, and that was HUGE since they are worth 2 points since nobody does it. With Middle School Football upon us, we are excited to see him contribute to his team as an accurate and powerful kicker and an all out DAWG on offense and defense. This was 30 yards, and after this camp and learning how to actually kick, I expect to hit 40+ by the time the season hits. Also the best news ever for us, he is starting back in wrestling next week daily after injuring his elbow at practice the day after winning state so we will start working on that 3rd state championship! SUPER PROUD of this kid!

The LIV Golf League has made major changes to the format of the Team Championship, including a preliminary round to be played on Wednesday between teams ranked 12 and 13 in the season long standings. There will also be no byes for top seeded teams. The losing team from the preliminary round will be fully eliminated and will take no further part in the competition. On Friday, there will be 6 quarter finals matches, where all 12 remaining teams will face off in head to head match play. The captains of the top seeded teams have the opportunity to choose their opponents as in previous years. The format is also the same, with 2 singles matches and 1 foursomes match, with 2 points needed to advance. On Saturday, all 12 teams will be divided into 2 brackets. The Championship Bracket, with the winning teams from Friday, and the Rankings Bracket, with the 6 teams who lost. Once again, seeded team captains can select who they play against and the format remains 2 singles matches and 1 foursomes. On Sunday, a champion will be decided and they revert back to the standard team format of the regular season, individual strokeplay with all 4 scores counting towards the team total. The 3 winning teams from the Championship Bracket will face off for the championship rings and the remaining 9 teams will play in their Rankings Brackets for minor places. Ripper GC, captained by Cam Smith will be looking to defend the title they won last season. The previous winners are Bryson DeChambeau’s Crushers GC and Dustin Johnson’s 4 Aces GC. The 2025 Team Championship will be held at The Cardinal at St John’s Resort in Michigan on August 20th-24th.

I popped into Johannesburg to join hundreds of runners, tackling a gruelling 60km training run, the Awesome Threesome organised by 3 vibrant clubs - Waterfall, Manoni and Chillies. Tjo, it was brutal. They chose all the mean hills from Sandton, Woodmead, Waterfall, Midrand, Sunninghill, Rivonia, Bryanston, Melrose...our legs WORKED. Thank you for a marvellous, challenging run. The support from the volunteers was so heart-warming. Yesterday was extra special for me as I have not run in South Africa for 7 years. I also run solo in DC. To be home and run on familiar streets, see familiar faces and friendly strangers encouraging each other in true South African style - "looking good, keep going, you are nearly there...." Plus the music. I had to stop and dance at the 30kms.

"So I’m driving down the road this morning and the cars in front of me are driving over a black thing in the road. It’s going between their tires so I’m guessing it’s a box. It’s a kitten just sitting upright shaking like a leaf. And some idiot had spread glue on its paws and stuck it to the road. I thought maybe it walked through glue somewhere but after looking at it, that was totally spread into her paws. She was wet and freezing and literally glued to the road. And NO ONE STOPPED. 😳 What the f$&k people??? I slammed on my brakes and stopped all the traffic and put my hazards on and got out and pealed her off the road.
