Kessler does seem like the best center in today’s nba that could guard a guys like Jokic or an old school big like Shaq. Lengthy enough to contest shots and strong enough to take powerful bumps.

Nobody stops the Joker, but he’s a 5x better defender than anyone on last year’s team.

i would love to see his numbers for these games but AD played stealer defense against jokic too. it’s just that he was asked to also be the 1st or 2nd option on scoring as well. luckily kessler won’t have to play that role for us.
