Jurassic Park over here. Any idea what kind of creature this is? Had to have been 4 feet tall. Just came walking up from the backyard when we were pulling in.

Jin about SUGA at the Elvis Duran Show: 🐹: I rode in a car yesterday with a walking GPT. During the 30-minute drive, he was giving these facts about the city like why there's no underground parking and how the buildings got so tall He's so adorable 😭

Today is Kirino’s birthday! 🎉 Always standing tall, walking straight toward justice — her sincerity shines brighter than any badge could. Sometimes she focuses so hard on her goals that she forgets just how amazing she already is. So take a breather today, Kirino. You’ve already inspired more people than you think. #BlueArchive

While Donald Trump tore the very idea of Somalia to shreds on the world stage, our so-called Prime Minister didn't stand tall, he cowered and hide his eyes in shame. Just Look at this image. Pathetic. This is the 'union' they want Puntland to be shackled to: a walking humiliation. We in Puntland have our own government, our own army and our own dignity! 3 things Mogadishu clearly lacks. We are tired of paying the 'shame tax' for southerners. أعوذ بالله من الزومالية الرجيم

🚨🇺🇸 NYU STUDENT SHARES ASSAULT FOOTAGE AS SERIAL ATTACKER TARGETS WOMEN AROUND CAMPUS Another day in New York City. An NYU student has released surveillance footage of herself being violently assaulted on Broadway while walking to her 9:30 a.m. class. The video shows a man following her across the street, targeting her, and attacking her in broad daylight as bystanders watch in shock. The suspect: a tall male with long brunette hair and beard, wearing gray sweatpants, a black puffer jacket, and a blue towel around his neck. Police say he's responsible for multiple assaults on women around campus over the past month. The victim's message: "I am a student at NYU. I should not be scared to be walking the street to go to my 9:30 a.m. class. These people are disgusting and they should not be able to be walking around the street freely targeting girls... I heard that this guy did this a month ago. That is not okay. This just shows that you really need to reflect on who you're voting for and supporting right now because New York needs help and we're just not getting the help we need." She's right. A man assaults multiple women over the course of a month and remains on the streets. This is what decades of progressive criminal justice policy gets you. Blue cities keep voting for leaders who prioritize "compassion" for criminals over safety for citizens, and young women walking to class pay the price. Source: Amelia Lewis / Rebecca Mistereggen

Your chair is quietly wrecking your hips. Most adults sit ~10 hours a day. That parks the psoas and rectus femoris in chronic flexion. So: 1. They shorten. 2. The pelvis tips forward. 3. The lumbar spine takes the load. 4. The glutes go quiet. Walking lunges break it on every step. The trailing leg forces full hip extension (the position sitting never allows). That lengthens the flexors under load and wakes the glutes. The front leg has to decelerate and stabilize, so gluteus medius and deep core fire to stop pelvic drop. Left and right sides can’t hide anymore. Single-leg control isn’t a gym flex. Inability to hold a 10-second one-leg stand is linked to higher mortality risk. Balance declines with age faster than grip or gait. The Action Plan: If you sit most of the day, 2–3 sets of 8–10 walking lunges after work is mechanical medicine. Slow. Full extension on the back leg. Tall torso. Can you stand on one leg for 10 seconds without wobbling? Try it and tell me. #HipHealth #Posture

A dreamy summer story filled with warmth and gentle moments. Golden sunlight, flowing water, and peaceful countryside vibes. Created on seedance 2.0 Prompt: A graceful young Korean woman with soft short wavy brown hair, delicate features, gentle smiling eyes and a warm serene expression, wearing a light straw hat with frayed edges and a sleeveless white floral summer dress with subtle small patterns that flows lightly around her body, holding a juicy red watermelon slice near her face in soft golden sunlight by a wooden window, then walking carefully across smooth river stones in white flat shoes while carrying a woven basket filled with watermelon pieces, crouching by the clear shallow stream to gently place and cool a whole striped watermelon in the water with both hands while smiling, standing on a wooden balcony railing adjusting her straw hat with a soft smile, walking along a sunlit riverside path among tall bright yellow sunflowers while turning to look at them and then smiling at the camera, and finally standing on a traditional wooden porch with a hanging glass wind chime, holding a glass milk bottle, adjusting her hat and hair, looking up peacefully then turning to face the camera with a gentle radiant smile, all in a soft cinematic summer countryside atmosphere with warm natural light, green leaves, flowing water, and peaceful nostalgic mood.
