Strangers wearing Meta glasses could soon identify you on sight, and the secret code to do it is already hiding on 50 million phones... A WIRED code analysis found a hidden feature called "NameTag" inside the Meta AI app that pairs with its Ray-Ban and Oakley smart glasses. Once activated, it converts every face the glasses see into a biometric faceprint and checks it against a database on the phone, one built to receive updates from Meta's servers. People used to pay me on on average to build their apps for $30K USD in less than a month. I was the go-to-guy because I knew how to build exactly what they wanted with little instruction and I always met their insane deadlines. I was known as "the machine", I wasn't the 10x developer I was the 100x developer. But it took its toll on my health and I left that do tech education. Claude Code can now do it. No computer science degree. No dev team. No $30K invoice. But most non-tech people are still stuck on the outside looking in because there is a tech knowledge gap. What if someone showed you all the steps, used plain speak, provided technical strategy, technical pathing, technical guidance, made it practical, and takes you to production. That's what my Claude Code from Zero course would be. But I'll be honest with you, this won't be a Udemy $20 priced course. It will be $300, $500 or $1200 depending on your needs. But do you want me to build it?

Today I was disqualified for the first time in my cycling career (14 years), for wearing glasses that record video. Unfortunately I was not aware of a new rule that was implemented in April that prohibited this. A warning, fine or yellow card could have also been enough. But what I struggle to understand is why In the Tour de France can you quite literally vlog with a camera in your hand which is perfectly legal...but because the camera is in the glasses you get an automatic Disqualification?! Yes, If I knew about the rule I would have also never posted it on social media. Anyways, I'll take it on the chin. Here is the video that got me disqualified & the other video is just to show what is completely allowed it seems. And lastly, my glasses have absolutely no AI capabilities unless used with a phone. So on the bike it can do nothing but record video!

I did a 7 hour brain reset No phone, no laptop, no books, NOTHING, just silence in a room. Here’s why and what happened: 1. no one can do this anymore. Our dopamine is fried and you know it. 2. It is extremely important to have brain clarity in these crazy AI times so I needed a brain reset. 3. I documented it so my friends can see that I’m not bullshiting them. 4. It was HARD. After the first hours your mind starts processing unconscious suppressed feelings. I missed my family, I was angry from stuff from 10 years ago, I unlocked lost memories. 5. It was extremely beneficial, felt like a new man at 2 PM, I started at 7 AM. 6. I did NOT go in the nature because the point is to have 0 sensory stimulation. The point was to be alone with my thoughts, not to enjoy nature. 7. This is the solution to reset many modern mind diseases and anxiety. 8. I challenge Bryan Johnson to do this. 9. I challenge you to do this. Do even 1 hour. It will make your life better. You will remember what it feels to be human again. I promise. Let me know your questions.

Today: a 1.5 hour interview with the co-founders of Coherence Neuro: Ben Woodington and Elise Jenkins They are, as far as i can tell, the only (neurotechnology x oncology) startup that exists today. 'Neurotechnology? For cancer?' you may ask. Yes! As it turns out, tumors interact with the nervous system a fair bit, and you can use the very same neuromodulation toolbox that exists for neuropsychiatric conditions, for monitoring and treating cancer. Coherence has built an invasive device to place at the site of a tumor to do exactly this. Their first indication is a form of brain cancer called glioblastoma; one of the most fatal subtypes of cancer to exist today. The standard of care (with one exception that we discuss) has not changed in 25 years. If Coherence works out, and there is a very real chance they will, that may change. Most interesting of all is that Coherence believes that the bioelectric properties of cancer are not just worth poking at for brain cancers, but for all cancers. And maybe even for diseases outside of it!
