cryptos ux problem has always come down to the mom test, if your mom cant use crypto without learning what a seed phrase is youve already lost her. but with the Open Money Stack the friction just goes thanks to embedded wallets. give someone a wallet when they sign up, let them hold money, send it, grow it, without them even knowing theyre using crypto, and the ux problem disappears.

If you're a wallet thinking of supporting MWP, reach out to us! Why not Wallet Connect? WalletConnect works great on desktop and we use it in Warpcast. But on mobile, we ran into several issues that led to bad UX or outright failures. We've shared feedback with the WC team and other wallets about the challenges we've faced and people are working on improving the experience.

New Quantum Shield Aims To Protect Existing Crypto Wallets Blockchain security firm AmericanFortress has proposed a quantum resistant security scheme for existing crypto wallets. The company says users would not need to move funds, rotate keys, or change wallet addresses. The approach keeps existing wallet addresses unchanged while adding post quantum protection. It is designed for Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and other elliptic curve based blockchains. According to the firm, the proposal relies on zero knowledge proofs generated from the original wallet seed phrase. The technical paper has been published but has not yet undergone peer review.
