Walmart is the epitome of a greedy capitalist corporation. They have taken great pains to hollow out the life from innumerable small towns in America and encourage people to focus on saving a few pennies in order to get “stuff” - the altar of materialism.

No need to even set foot in one of their stores unless they’ve taken over a small town and they are the only store for miles. In Chicago suburbs, we have a ton of choices and I for one don’t plan on doing any shopping there.
