And yet again, like clockwork, half the politicians in our country have little more to offer than thoughts and prayers. We have seen this play out over and over again. There is a shooting. Then come the thoughts and prayers and then comes the attempt to shift the focus. This is what always happens. You're going to start seeing narratives. You're already seeing them. They're already out there about how the shooter was trans. You're going to see how narratives about how the shooter appeared to be anti trump and anti-semitic and clearly was in the midst of a mental health crisis. But here's the thing. There are trans people all over the world. There are anti-semitic people, unfortunately, all over the world, and people filled with plenty of political hate all over the world. And mental health issues are not unique to the United States. And yes, we should do more to address them. But it's also an issue all over the world. But this is the only country where shootings like this, this one happened this often.

The Department of Defense gave Jervis $15 million out of the Ukraine bill to do this mine in Idaho. And that's not the only one. It's just happening all over the country for cobalt and lithium mining here in America. But it's hidden in an Ukraine bill. All the politicians or 200 of the politicians are all stockholders in the company that's getting the contracts. It's just the biggest damn scam you ever seen, man. I just, you know, they wonder why. They wonder why the conspiracy theories get started. reader: I you know how this works because you read about it in business school, but here’s what it looks like IRL: you spend 2 years doing something over and over and over again until you can get good enough to charge market pricing / top of marketing pricing then you spend another 2 years doing it over and over again, but this time you’re generating a consistent operating profit During these two years, you take all of those operating profits and make sensible investments in people and process and tools and then entering year 4 those investments will gradually start to pay off (more revenue, more operating profits) and then in year 5 you can start to hit the gas and watch things take off (at this point you might even already have a fairly dominant market position) 😤 🚀 (disclaimer: you will hit the failure point and “die” several times a year in the first few years. It’s ok to hang it up when this happens. Doesn’t make you weak, or less capable: quitting might even be the sensible thing to do. If you do decide to grind it out, a defibrillator might be a good investment)

Diagnose the problems to get at their root causes. 4. Design a path to fix those things. 5. Push through to results. This is what I call looping. Go for your goals, identify your problems, get to the root cause, design a path, and push through. Life is basically just doing that over and over again.
