🚨 Walmart security pinned a special-needs man on the ground while he yelled, “They’re choking me.” This happened outside the Walmart Supercenter in Big Rapids, Michigan. Witnesses say Levi was shopping with his case manager. He can be heard yelling, “Leave me alone.” One bystander yells, “You know he’s... special needs.” Another says they followed him and antagonized him while he was walking away. Walmart’s own policy tells staff not to chase a fleeing person, not to go past the sidewalk to approach someone, and not to follow a suspect off the property. This video shows the opposite. This autistic young man was bullied for not having the right shoes on, they took them and destroyed his shoes. A few days later, his classmates surprised him with new shoes to replace the ones that others destroyed and to help him have a little confidence behind his smile. Back when I was in school, no matter what, we always drew the line, special needs and kids with disabilities were always off limits. You just don’t do that, I feel if you harm or bully anyone in school with a disability or special needs, you should be expelled, what do you think the punishment should be?

This shift manager at McDonald’s told this employee to clock out and go home. He’s upset and wants to know why. She told him to clean the lobby and she said it took him two hours, which was way too long. She said he was on his phone and another manager and herself both told him to get off his phone. She asked him “are you done?” And he told her “don’t talk to me like that.” 😳 She goes and tells the security guard to escort him out. The father immediately stood up and went to his daughter, the man then kept going looking like he was confused and pretended nothing happened. His family gets online hooting and hollering, accusing you of abusing him. Mind you, you were the only person who wasn’t trying to pull the plug on him. These two guys were on their way to their fishing spot. They came to a stop sign at the same time as this bicyclist and blew through his stop sign and didn’t stop. When the men passed him they yelled at him for not stopping. So this guy followed them to their fishing spot. The two men exchange pleasantries and the guy on the bike tells them he never stops and they shouldn’t be yelling at him or anyone. The one man tells him he is just like everyone else and he has to obey the traffic laws. At one point the guy on the bike tells the two men he can take them both in a fight. The one man walks off to go fishing. 😳 The guy on the bike does not have the right of way. Bicyclists are like automobiles and must follow all traffic laws. The police came and took his cart away from him and was pushing it back to the store. After they were going to arrest him for not leaving, he finally, finally shows the receipt and they let him take his stuff he bought. Usually if they ask to see it and you refuse, it’s not a huge deal. But in this instance he had many high priced items not in bags, you can see just the boxes in the cart. Maybe put a sign at the door that you will be checked if items over a certain dollar amount isn’t in a bag, would that be reasonable?

Your deputy is a threat to himself and others. All this officer cares about is trying to get the person in cuffs. Zero discovery, zero investigation, straight to litigation with this guy. This is the type of officer that you see on the news for discharging his firearm when he should not have. In this case, the man holding the camera cannot be trespassed from the property because he has lessors rights. If he is leasing property there he has the rights to be there. If the property manager wants him gone they need to not renew his lease at this point. That deputy can go kick rocks.
