Walmart workers are definitely not doing their jobs! This is pitiful!

I’m not kidding or exaggerating but the last 5-6 times I’ve asked a wal mart employee for help it’s been a foreigner that doesn’t speak English they just shrug their shoulders or manage to get out “I don’t know” then just walk away. One woman just said “not my department” n left.

Sadly I believe it!

It’s really sad !

And they act like they don’t get your response about no substitutions and tell you that they already closed out your list🙄

You must be ordering from Instacart. Walmart pick up shoppers do not notify you while they are shopping. The shoppers will find a substitute for you and once ur order is ready, you can accept or decline those items. I have never had a problem with my pick up Walmart shoppers.

Crazy .. imagine if you place an order and Wal-Mart Hotline responds back that it has none of the products .. yet they got them all ..

Around Thanksgiving I did a small last min order at Kroger, thinking it would save me some time, for (2)sweet potatoes, (1) block of cream cheese and (2) 6pk of juice boxes H-C.. When I went to pick it up it was 2 turnips, SOUR cream and 2 6pks of v-8 juice.. 🙄 I canceled it right there in the parking lot, got a refund, called them retarded and I walked inside and got all 5 items.. HUGE waste of time.. I will never do a pick up again.. I will just go myself..

Walmart pickup is a difficult job because the mangers don’t make much money but are expected to deal with constant customer complaints while HR only hires foreigners or Gen Z who don’t care. The turnover rate is usually the highest in the store. That job isn’t worth minimum wage, but thats all it pays.

I love the people at my local Walmart. I have ordered pick up exclusively since the pandemic. My groceries are treated with respect. I get loose produce such as jalapeños- always fresh and beautiful. Sweet, friendly people.

I had Walmart deliver to me once. I asked for shampoo along with groceries and he said it wasnt there, I said it was & I checked the inventory. He still wouldnt walk to the other side of the store to get the shampoo. You cant fix stupid; I never ordered again.

The shoppers for the delivery orders are just spark drivers not walmart employees

I used to get the grocery delivery and they just wouldn't deliver 10 to 16 items but still charged me and you have to call there service center in India or wherever and they promised to repay you in 3 months! I'm still waiting for @Walmart to credit my account $16.00

Like the trucks don’t come everyday to be having restocks that fast let alone once off the pallet the workers aren’t all pulled off the floors to go and take them pallets to the floor to auto restock each shift works certain store arrangements

YES!!!! I purchased their delivery service and it happens ALL THE TIME. I learned to say NO to ALL substitutions because either the person pulling the stock is just grabbing the first item closest to what I ordered or Walmart just wants me to buy the more expensive brand. Whatever - after 3 years of buying for Walmart delivery - this is my last year. Not renewing. Produce - old/nasty and I am tired of the out of stock issue. I did what she did, I went into the store and the stuff was there.

I would lose my platinum for naming things out of stock. Me as a DoorDasher im rewarded when finding all the right items. I like to keep my ratings up. My rating is 99. It goes down when decline a order. I only did it once because I needed to refuel my gas tank.

Kroger has about same issue. The people that have to gather the stuff from the store to make the order are the problem…

You should automatically panic the minute you see a man's name on your pickup order or grocery delivery order. They are so used to their moms and girlfriends doing everything for them they have no concept of how to shop in any way.

Yes, it happened to me with my mother’s deliveries and I think they are in cahoots to help make stock move on the shelf that is moving slowly and forcing you to take whatever they decide to give you and maybe those people are paid better if they do that

This specific incident did not happen to me, but at MY Walmart in East Tennessee, most of the produce stockers do not speak English. I was searching for chicken tenders in the frozen section and turned to Angel, who was standing in the spot I remember them being, and asking if he knew where they were. His response was "No habla englais."

This must be the Walmart by me. I once placed an order for delivery for 10 items, and in a matter of minutes of the person shopping, I was notified they had none of the items

This has happened to me. I did the same thing this lady did and was quite miffed to see everything was in stock. The worst part is when they replace it with something completely different.
