Walsh was not a batting rabbit per se - true, he had 43 Test Ducks but held the record for most Not-Outs in Tests for 17 years. He kept his end up with priceless runs whenever the West Indies had a batting collapse. He also scored 4'530 First Class runs (including 8 Fifties).
