Waymo doesn’t manufacture its own cars or chargers so their margins can’t compete in the long run. And they don’t have data or brand recognition that Tesla has. Tesla can end up crushing their robotaxi competition.

Robo taxis are here and it’s been a slow adapt in advanced markets like San Francisco and Los Angeles. Tesla ahead of the game but their cars aren’t formatted as taxis. They are 12 months away. That may seems like a short time but in the tech world that might as well be 5 years.
