@WalthamMAPolice Fondling yourself in front of a child while staring at the child IN PUBLIC, taking a photo of that child is not a crime in Waltham, MA? Either you need to change your laws or you need to retrain your officers. I think it's the latter. BTW, run this man's priors.

does this represent Miami?

Normally I like what you do, but this one makes me uneasy. There's no evidence of the guy doing anything wrong, just someone saying that he did. And now his photo is going to be all over the internet. Doesn't seem right.

So, the police had a problem with her making a video of him but no problem with him making a video, or taking photos, of a woman and her children? Do the police know him? Could he be a friend they're protecting?

@WalthamMAPolice Your officers have just announced to pedophiles across America that Waltham, MA is now an open haven & playground for them - welcoming them with open arms. Safe & free of legal ramifications.

At this point all you have is someone’s story that he did this. Now you’re just looking for confirmation of other events. What if you get nothing? This is crossing the line in my opinion.

Gabrielle Pelicot’s husband had previously been stopped for taking pictures of a woman’s skirt in a supermarket, & attempted rape against a woman. The police did not charge him for either incident & didn’t notify his wife Just sayin…

"kinda balding" lol this woman, I love her!

It’s not illegal to jerk off in public? What?!

If a crime isn’t witnessed by police, witnesses can give sworn affidavits (statements) to officers. These act as a citizen's report and can lead to charges. If the accused feels wronged, they can challenge it through a lawsuit
