Please try and understand. This is not FAT LOSS that a little manipulation on the plate will get us results. If we want to BUILD PRECIOUS MUSCLE then we have to embrace hard work. We have to enter those zones of discomfort and penance. We have to train hard till failure. That’s the only way that works. We can’t expect to be pretty and proper. We have to Man Up
