Waqf Ammendment Bill 2024 Two more days to go!

Courts are there to decide the land ownership. Why would the waqf board will decide on ownership of land. Can't they approach the court like ordinary citizens if they have proof any land is waqf land

Mr. Lawyer, why are you instilling fear in the Community? The Muslim Leadership, though so called, is doing everything to address the issue. There is Constitution, there are legislative bodies and there are Courts. But you seem to be highly pessimist. Be hopeful. #WaqfBill
