I hope they don’t start over complicating the game by adding a lot of extra stuff all the time. First the “betting” element, now a skill tree like an MMO. Could it be great? Sure. But personally I don’t want to read guides about how to min-max some skill tree just to not have a disadvantage in a shooter…

skill trees could change squad roles a lot. hoping there's a real medic or builder path and not just bigger numbers
